Gábor Vilhelm is the Founder and Managing Director of Considero. He holds two degrees from McDaniel College in the US and a Master’s degree from Budapest University of Economics (Corvinus).
Gábor has a vast experience in international structured finance and M&A which he earned at Unicredit, Intesa-Sanpaolo and other international banks. His early experience was in corporate finance advisory and financial modelling for a big four. He was a CFO and Investment Officer of a large Italian family office focusing on East Central Europe real estate development and also Head of Corporate Finance for SanPaolo. He has particular expertise in energy and real estate, but also deal experience in many other areas. He also served as Head of IR/Capital markets and treasury for an internationally operating alternative energy company present in Poland, Hungary and Romania. He managed an SPO in London, and was involved in the buy-out of a significant international player and the international refinancing of its assets. Gabor also worked in London with a boutique investment bank. Gábor’s early experience was in corporate finance advisory and financial modelling for a big four. He also holds an RICS qualification. Considero Investments, established in 2009 and since 2014, he is fully committed on building the boutique investment advisory services and investing own capital in selective projects.
Gabor speaks fluent English and Italian along his native Hungarian.
