Zinaida Vojnár

Head of real estate

Zinaida Vojnár is a passionate real estate professional with 20 years of experience, having joined Considero in early 2018 as partner and head of real estate. She and the founding partner Gabor have known each other for over 30 years which makes a strong foundation of trust for the business and cooperation. She brings her large local and international experience and network to Considero, especially in investor relations, sourcing new business and development opportunities, as well as heading various real estate expertise advisory services, mainly sale and buy side mandates. As former International business development director of international developer HB Reavis, she was responsible for building and maintaining key occupier, client relationships and creating international business opportunities in the CEE and Pan European region where the company operates. Prior to that, Zinaida worked for Orco Property Group as a leasing, marketing and asset manager, as a regional leasing and marketing advisor to AEW Europe in the CEE region and as sales and marketing director at GTC Real Estate Development and Immobilia. She also worked at AXA Real Estate in Paris, in the investor relations department as product marketing manager of new funds launched by AXA. She started her career as leasing and marketing manager for The State of Washington Pension Fund’s Bank Center prime office building in Budapest, and later managed regional leasing and marketing for the fund’s CEE real estate portfolio. She is also a private investor in the US-based prop-tech startup.
Zinaida speaks fluent English, German, and conversational French along her native Hungarian.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Budapest University of Economics (Corvinus), and a Master’s degree from the Nottingham Trent University (UK) in Real Estate Science, completing RICS studies.
